Why we built it
Pep AI started in early 2026, built by University of Oregon students who watched the peptide and GLP-1 wave create a very modern problem: serious protocols being managed with scattered, improvised tools.
Because those protocols generate a surprising amount of bookkeeping: reconstitution math, dose schedules, vial inventory, half-life timing, progress photos, weight trends. Most people manage all of it across spreadsheets, notes apps, and calendar reminders — and things slip.
Pep AI puts all of it in one place. Log a dose in seconds, see exactly what's left in every vial, plan cycles ahead of time, and ask Pep Bot when you want sourced, educational answers about a compound. The app is a tracking and organization tool — decisions about what to take always belong with you and a qualified healthcare provider.
We're a small team that ships fast and reads every piece of feedback. If something in the app should work better, tell us — there's a good chance it's fixed in the next release.
The founders
Cedric founded Pep AI in early 2026, while studying business at the University of Oregon, to replace the spreadsheets, notes apps, and guesswork that peptide and GLP-1 users juggle with one purpose-built tracker. He shipped the first version within weeks and has grown it into one of the fastest-growing health apps on the App Store, used by more than 100,000 people.
That growth came the honest way: partnering with creators across the peptide and GLP-1 community rather than ads, and shipping improvements at a pace only a small team can. Cedric leads product and the company — from dose logging and cycle planning to the research tools — with one goal: make staying organized the easiest part of any protocol. His build-in-public story has been featured by Starter Story.
Adrian is a computer science student at the University of Oregon and the engineer behind Pep AI end to end — the iOS and Android apps, the backend, and the AI systems behind Pep Bot, along with the free tools on this site, from the reconstitution calculators to the half-life visualizers.
His work blends technical problem-solving with creative design — app development, UX/UI, and front-end engineering, with a background in project management and entrepreneurship. Most of it is the part users never see: doses that sync reliably across devices, health data kept private, and an app fast enough that logging a dose takes seconds. When something breaks for a single user, it's usually Adrian who traces it down and ships the fix.
Lucas is a co-founder of Pep AI and, alongside Adrian, leads the technology behind it. He studies computer science at the University of Oregon and looks after the systems side of the product — the platform the app runs on and the infrastructure that keeps it dependable as it grows.
Pep AI isn't his first product: he previously built QuoteVision, an AI-powered estimating tool for remodeling contractors.
