Peptide Schedule Calendar

Some schedules are simple, like once a week. Others, like five days on and two off, or eight weeks on followed by a break, are hard to picture and easy to lose track of. Enter the schedule you have been given and this calendar lays it out week by week, counts the injections, and tells you how many pens or vials that uses.

A calendar for the schedule you have been given. It does not suggest a schedule, a dose or a cycle; those come from your prescriber and your product's instructions.

Works for any injectable schedule, peptide or GLP-1. It lays out the schedule you enter and does not suggest one.

    How to use the calendar

Three inputs cover almost every schedule people are given.

    1. 1. Choose the pattern

Set weekdays (for example Monday and Thursday), every N days (daily, every other day, every three days, weekly), or a run of days on followed by days off.

    2. 2. Add breaks if you have them

If your schedule includes weeks off, enter weeks on and weeks off. Off weeks show greyed out and are left out of the counts.

    3. 3. Read the counts

The calendar totals the injections in the period and the average per week. Enter how many doses a pen or vial holds to see how many you will get through.

    Why a calendar beats remembering

Interval schedules drift. Every other day falls on a different weekday each week, every three days wraps around the week in a pattern almost nobody can hold in their head, and a run of days on and off resets at a different point each time. Seeing the weeks laid out in a grid is the simplest way to catch a clash with travel or a busy week before it happens.

Counting matters for supply too. Knowing how many injections fall in the next eight or twelve weeks, and how many pens or vials that takes, is what stops the last dose of a pen landing on a weekend when the pharmacy is closed.

The calendar is deliberately neutral: it has no presets for any compound and no suggested cycles. It lays out what you have been told to do. For more on organizing a schedule, see how to track a protocol, and for mixing and vial math the reconstitution calculator.
